CPR and Defib Program For Dental Offices

Presented by: David Brisson, R.N., E.M.C.A.

This program is developed to provide you with the necessary skills and knowledge to sustain life or prevent further injury, to relieve pain, and to counteract shock until medical aid can be obtained. This program is intended to be a practical guide to addressing an emergency situation. Includes Defib with the level C training.
David Brisson began his career in Emergency Medical Services in 1975 as a paramedic. He later returned to school to become a registered nurse focusing on critical care. In 1992 he was hired as the Advanced Life Support Coordinator for Ottawa to assist in the development and implementation of an Advanced Paramedic for the region. He has enjoyed teaching various levels of CPR, First Aid and Automated External Defibrillation for more than 15 years, and has provided education to groups such as nurses, doctors, dentists and fire departments.

Open to dentists and their staff.

The cost is $85 for recertification and $100 for certification.
